Idea: remember your search feature when you bury stuff, or to find duplicates to delete.

Use your store's pick-up or delivery option. Order through the app, choose a convenient time, and voila!

Idea: Doing this saves your most bought items for next time!

PRE-PREP YOUR MEALS

Prep some snacks and meals. Mason jar salads? Overnight oats? Get creative. You've got this.

MAKE A PLAYLIST

Grab your go-to songs or videos and put them in a playlist.

What music gets you moving? Listen to that, loudly. Something you can FEEL in your body.

Do Some Exercise

Do a few jumping jacks, squats, or take a brisk walk around the block.

Stop overthinking it, and you'll thank us later. Get up now! Your body will thank you.

Write in a Journal

Grab a pen and unleash your deepest thoughts and feelings on a piece of paper.

Don't hold back! Write your wildest dreams, or vent about the idiot who cut you off in traffic.

Stretch Yourself

Stand up and stretch your limbs. Shake it out, then hold it til it burns a little.

Yell For 5 Minutes

Find a place where you can scream and shout! Like a car, or closet!

Letting energy out of your body makes room for new better things. Make some noise.

Mindful Meditation

Focus on your breath or repeat some weird mantra in your head.

Don't judge the random thoughts that pop up, just let them come and go like clouds, or tik-toks.

Do a Power Pose

Get up. Take a deep breath, and pose like you're the boss of everything. Hands on hips, chest out, chin up.

Remind yourself that you have a magnificent human body.

Practice Gratitude

Think of 3 things you're grateful for. Summon an image of a happy place, take a deep breath, and smile at it.

Try not to resist how well this actually works.

Deep Breathing

Inhale for 3 seconds, hold for 3, exhale for 3, and hold on the exhale for 3.

Repeat this 5 times. This practice actually helps soothe your nervous system.
