CLEAR OUT SOME CLOSET SPACE

It’s time to face the facts: if things go well, her wardrobe may need a home!

Idea: Imagine sharing and making spaces for a partner IF you want to live together! If that's not your intention, just keep everything cleaned up and comfortable for their visits.

FIX THAT LEAKY FAUCET

You’ve been ignoring that drip for months. Take care of it for YOU! Your next level is “handy and dependable,” not “lazy landlord.”

Idea: If you don't know how to fix stuff, get on You Tube or hire someone! Taking care of your home is part of self-care.

CHECK YOUR ENTRANCE

Give some respect to the entry to your home. Clear dust and cobwebs, sweep it out and make sure it's inviting!

Idea: Add flowers, plants, or wind chimes to your entry for good, welcoming energy.

TIDY UP ONE SPACE

Don't overdo this, just one space, like a drawer, or cabinet.

Idea: Clear out the junk, organize what you want, get rid of the rest.

DECLUTTER YOUR SPACE

If your home looks like a museum of old video game consoles, or a cluttery clusterduck, it might be time to tidy up.

Idea: If you don't have a green thumb, buy a POTHOS and put trimmings into bottles with water.
They don't need much, and it shows you can take care of something – and that’s attractive.

DECORATE WITH REAL ART

Posters from your favorite 90s movies are cool, but how about mixing in some stylish art or framed photos?

Idea: Remain true to yourself with this! If you love posters, get them framed! Buy art that lights you up as a great conversation piece.

UPLEVEL YOUR SELF CARE

Even tough guys (or gals) need some TLC. Get into skincare, massage, or whatever makes you feel like a million bucks.

Idea: Exfoliate with a new scrub, then moisturize with a light lotion.

Put on some music and just dance. It’s a great way to boost your mood and get moving – no skills required!

Idea: Learn some basic dance steps to share with a date. Make it fun!

WALK MORE

Walking is underrated! It's easy, gets your body moving, and gives you time to clear your head.

Idea: Use mindfulness and meditation more intentionally with a you tube playlist.

WRITE DOWN A GOAL

Write down one goal, and stuff it in your pocket. Touch it whenever you get distracted, and repeat in your mind what is says.

Several billionaires agree it will, so what do you have to lose? Mindset baby!

PRACTICE GRATITUDE

Think of 3 things you're grateful for. Summon an image of a happy place, take a deep breath, and smile at it.

Try not to resist how well this actually works.

DEEP BREATHING

Inhale for 3 seconds, hold for 3, exhale for 3, and hold on the exhale for 3.

Repeat this 5 times. This practice actually helps soothe your nervous system.
