Greetings! Today, let's delve deeper into the perfection of nature, how we can relate to it, and how hard we try to do stuff we aren't designed for. We can be silly humans.
Sound fun?
This quote is a great reminder to stay in our lane, develop our gifts, and leave the tree climbing to the monkeys!
Nature exists in harmony. When things fall out of harmony, it corrects and rebalances itself. It's astounding to watch. Here's a quick story about it when it happened to me several years ago.
I was growing a big garden and noticed aphids on many of the plants. I don't use chemicals if I can help it, so I waited to see what would happen.
Three days later there was an army of ladybugs devouring the aphids! When you use pesticides, it kills the beneficial good guys too and throws the balance off.
Leave nature to do its thing, you'll be amazed.

How can we use the wisdom of nature in our life? Here's 7 ways to reconnect:
Root Yourself in Positivity:Â Have you observed plants facing the sun to get the most sunlight? It's adorable and also amazing the intelligence in every tiny plant!
Try it. Begin your day like a sunflower, turning towards the sun for nourishment and growth. Embrace a positive mindset, much like the flowers that bloom despite challenges, drawing strength from the warmth and light around them. Practice gratitude for the new day, when was the last time you heard a plant complaining?
This is my favorite sunflower growing right now. I planted birdseed sunflower seeds and now theres a whole garden of them!
Choose Sweet Companions Wisely: Bees select the right flowers for pollen and nectar so the honey comes out juuuuuuuust right! Be a discerning bee in your life garden. Select companions who bring sweetness and support to your world. Surround yourself with friends who uplift and inspire you and make honey together! Weed out people and experiences that dim your light so you can keep shining for others :)
Nourish Your Mind: Envision your mind as a mighty tree, reaching towards the sunlight of knowledge. Just as a tree absorbs sunlight for growth, feed your mind with content and input that keeps you feeling good. Turn off the news, and read a book. Have a deep conversation with a friend or family member. Allow your intellect and mindset to flourish and expand. It keeps you thriving and growing and stretching,
like the branches of a healthy tree stretching towards the sky!
Balance Your Attention: Watch a butterfly gracefully dance among flowers, savoring different flavors of life. Be mindful of your screen time and distracting behaviors. You already know that too much can distract from the beauty of the world around you. Set intentional limits, and get outside! Give yourself permission to explore and appreciate the natural wonders that surround you. They are often just steps away. Try 5 minutes in the sun.
Experience the Present Moment: Immerse yourself in the present moment. Take a deep breath. Connect with the environment and appreciate the simple joys of existence – the rustle of leaves, the warmth of the sun, or the melody of a bird. Mindfulness is as simple as finding beauty in the details of every moment.
