FIRST AGREEMENT
STOP CHASING MULTIPLE RABBITS!
You wont catch any of them. Trust us, we've tried.

Keep liking everything. The heart wants what the heart wants. The problem is the lack of results. You are here aren't you? Looking for different results?

Agree to only chasing a single rabbit for now.

SECOND AGREEMENT
NO NEW RABBITS UNTIL YOU FINISH THIS
Trust your own ability to focus and make confident decisions.

LOOK. You are an expert at creating multiple things to do already. That skill will be there waiting while you take action.

There will be time to do another thing, as long as you are alive. WE PROMISE.

You're here, so let's get to this!! Consider how many things you can finally complete once you understand our remedy.

PICK THREE THINGS
This will give you some variety and contrast

Imagine them all being COMPLETED. THAT FEELS GOOD, RIGHT?

Feeling good will make this remedy a lot more productive.

Don't pick any items that make you sag your shoulders or make groany noises. Those are for later.

Ok, here are 3 examples.

Pick three things that are actually possible within less than a month.

The point of this remedy is accomplishment, not frustration.

Don't be a jerk to yourself by reaching for the clouds.

Now isn't the time to write a book, launch a multi-stage digital marketing campaign or remodel your kitchen.
PRIORITIZE BECAUSE IT'S SO OBVIOUS

STEP TWO
PRIORITIZE YOUR RABBITS!!

Fixing your car is probably a priority. Bring your book to read while it's getting fixed. Heck, bring a notebook and make an exercise plan too, or download an app for that!

Prioritize consequences of NOT doing the things.

​What will happen if you don't fix the car?

Are other people's emotions at risk?

Are there agreements that you have made that have not been met?

Have some positive inner dialog with a personal pep talk!

Talk to yourself like you were a friend needing support. You deserve the kindness you dish out to everyone else after all.

Pat yourself on the back!

Say out loud, "I'VE GOT THIS! I AM NOT THE PERSON ANYMORE WHO USED TO PUT THIS OFF."

Picture the task completed and describe out loud or write how it feels.
STEP THREE
BREAK IT DOWN AND BE SPECIFIC

RESOURCES

Do you already have what you need? Who knows? YOU will know if you write it all out.

Do you need physical materials? Money?

Do you need help or assistance from friends or professionals?

No detail is too small. If you need money, make a plan to save for it.
TIME
-
Be nice to yourself. Be honest with the kind of time it will (probably) take to get this done.

If you don't schedule it right now, it probably won't happen.

if it requires lot's of steps, plan them out.

Set alarms on your phones and alerts in your calendar.
GET IT DONE!

Do you like accountability? If you said "NO" immediately, you probably need it.

Find some way to be held accountable. You can offer to be a partner to another person's goals as well.

It might help you get perspective on just how many people struggle with this.
CELEBRATE YOUR WIN AND DO IT AGAIN!

CELEBRATE

Let yourself know that you are worth it. Give yourself a proportionate reward for finishing this thing you just did.

How did it feel to finish something? How you feel is paramount. It's hard to do things that matter if you're all bummed out or indifferent. Let the good feelings rewrite your old story about how you never finish anything.
